- The original tag, user manual, warranty card, and all other accessories must be included with the product from product manufacturer.
- The goods must be safely returned back to us in the accompanying supplier's original packaging or carton. If the goods were sent in a “China Ponno” packet or box, they must be returned to us in the same packet or box with the same postage level. Additional Tape or stickers appended to the box are not permitted to be used in the supplier's box.
